Return or Refund Policy

 

Our goal is to offer services that benefit our clients. We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want a refund or return some items. The deadline to request a refund or exchange is 14 days from when you received the item, read our return policy below, we will do everything possible to help you.

Purchase Guarantee: Receive the product you ordered or we will refund your money

Paypal: if you paid for the order with your PayPal account, the refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours; while the processing time would take 30 days if you use the credit card linked to your Paypal account.

Return or refund

If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear and valid proof (photos or video of the item and the tracking number, order number, sku, etc). eiPru Store will verify and negotiate compensation solutions with you according to the extent of the damage, such as partial refund / reshipment of accessories / reshipment of a new product, etc.

Items that can be returned / fully or partially refunded depending on the case within the guarantee * follow the following criteria:
1. Received another product that you purchased
2. Defective items damaged / broken or  upon arrival.
2. Items received in wrong size / color or model
3. You have a protection of 81 days from the moment you complete the purchase, that means that if it does not arrive in that time, we will refund your money ( regularly arrive about 15-35 days )

Return conditions:

In the case of items with no quality issues, please make sure that the items returned are unused and in the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before they are sent to our return address. Our team will not be able to process any returned items without a product return form.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items out of the 14-day warranty period.
2. Washed, worn, used, unlabeled or misused items.
3.– Customer reason: no longer needed, bought by mistake, not as expected, changed their mind, etc.
4. Items in the following categories cannot be returned due to customer reasons:

– Custom items,
– Cosplay and costumes
